Multiple BSA ID's Appeared in Scoutbook

I have a parent/guardian that is appearing twice in Scoutbook Plus. One ID (133145268) is connected to her youth and I just initiated an invite for her to connect with her youth using the ID that appears for her on our roster (140556242).

Can we consolidate and confirm that she is only in Scoutbook Plus under the ID140556242? We had an email issue earlier this year, so I believe that is what caused the duplicate ID’s.

@TiffanyBeffel The local council needs to remove the parent / child “relationships” under the parent’s secondary member ID 133145268.

After that happens, then the parent’s Scoutbook accounts can be merged.
