Multiple membership IDs need merged

Hi, my son needs to have his multiple membership IDs merged. Is anyone available to assist?

Original ID issued in 2019: 136718073

ID currently associated with account: 13787022

When attempting to manage/merge the IDs, we receive error: “The provided Member ID does not match the existing user profile.”

@LeslieDotzel you used different FN/MM combos for the Scout. You cannot merge numbers. Let us check on one issue on this.
