I have a scout that somehow has multiple membership numbers. He transferred to our troop several years ago and we have had no issues up till now.
He is listed in Scoutbook Legacy with one membership as being “opted out” with a yellow caution symbol; he is not listed at all on the roster in Scoutbook Plus; and is on our official My.scouting roster with a different member number.
How can I merge / combine his membership to bring him back up to date so I can enter advancements. merit badges, activities?
His original or previous membership number when he transferred to us was: 13736580
His membership number in Scoutbook Legacy is: 140649399
His membership number in My.scouting is: 140694446
Please help in merging all this into one membership we can get him on the roster in Legacy and so I can bring him up to date with his scouting adventures.
@JohnLong3 first there is really no reason to even look at legacy anymore.
This scout made a bad my.scouting account and give themself a new Null member #.
Might take 24 hours to sync the correction.
I get that Legacy is no use anymore but this has been this way since the merge of the two sites. Our local registrar said the same but for weeks there has been no update or sync that corrected the issue.
There has to be a way to merge membership numbers somehow so this can be fixed. I don’t want to tell this scout and his parents that his records are lost and just gone; or I can’t access them to enter his advancements and achievements.

Scout/Family made the mistake - is some cases even council cannot resolve it - I would provide this PDF to limit them making a mistake.
@JohnLong3 Just to clarify, Donovan already fixed the issue for you.
Please wait for the overnight sync to run and check back tomorrow.
