My daughter shows on my Scoutbook Dashboard and on my Profile in Scoutbook Plus, but my son does not. I asked my Council Registrar about it and he shows in her system. She even sent me screenshots but I won’t upload them because they have his name. My membership number is 122640359 and his is 122640358 on my Cub Scout records and 129618718 on my Boy Scout records. The Cub Scout records may no longer exist—I was the den leader and kept meticulous records but none of my Cub Scouts histories can be accessed in the Scoutbook Dashboard report, and the history accessed using the Boy Scout number does not list his Arrow of Lught or Religious Emblem.
@ElainePosanka- why is there a different member id for his troop membership ? And the cub scout history report finds no result ?
@ElainePosanka 129618718 is from 2021 - and other number is not valid. I see no others with same name.
