my.Scouting profile showing “No Current Registration”

Yesterday evening, my.Scouting prompted me to merge my existing IDs (though i can’t tell if they got merged). This morning, when getting on to Scoutbook Plus, I found I no longer had the permissions I previously had (I am Den Leader and Assistant Cubmaster).

Logging on to my.Scouting, my profile showed me as having “No Current Registrations”. What happened to my registrations and permissions?

@etruongcao the fun of being an early adopter. Best thing to do is report it to council so they can send in a National Membercare Ticket. Looking first guess is it restarted your registrations.

It sounds like the new member ID/account merge tool that Donovan mentioned here:

isn’t or wasn’t quite ready for prime time. Likely, you’ll need to work with your council registrar to fix the issue, and ask them to submit a bug report/MemberCare ticket to national to get the tool looked at and fixed.

@etruongcao your registrations in P360 are odd - as it has both a DL and a ACM. That is not possible and council needs to clean that up

I apologize in advance if I’m posting on the wrong page but I need help. My AOL Cub Scout paid the renewals on Aug 3, 2026 and Scoutbook still shows her as “Eligible to Renew” on Sep 3, 2026. It should say “Current” like it does for my other scout. I’m having the hardest time finding tech support for this issue without paying again. Who can I contact to fix it? I’m really getting frustrated with this after multiple phone calls and emails.

@SusanEssenmacher - did you pay the pack or did you pay via my.scouting.org renewal system ?

I used fhe my.scouting.org renewal system link that came in the renewal reminder email.

@SusanEssenmacher - if paid that way you should have a receipt of payment. This is something that you will need to work with your local council registrar to fix. One more note - does my.scouting show a future expiration date ?

Both your AOL scout and your pack renewal say Submitted. This often means the unit did not yet approve the renewal or for some reason the payment was not successful.

Contact your Council registrar for assistance.
