My son is incorrectly registered as a Lion

I just logged in for the first time and found that my 1st grade son is set up as a Lion, we have been doing our tiger advancement and now i cannot enter it. How do i go about fixing this.
I am also a registered leader in the pack with what i believe to have some sort of controls.

@AnastasiosDiakovasil best to talk to Cubmaster to have them move the Scout to the Correct Den - or Correct the whole den to the correct Level
