Need assist getting 2 member ID's combined for a scout

I have a cub scout who was registered in Central FL Council for Lion through Wolf. She went inactive when the family moved to NC and is now in Daniel Boone Council. She has been registered for the new council and linked up with a local pack but none of her previous records are showing in scoutbook and she has 2 ID’s in my.scouting, one from each council. How can I go about getting them merged so her prior achievements show in Scoutbook?
