When completing a duel/multiple enroll into a new troop, Scoutbook created a new account and bsa id for me instead of merging with my existing account as selected.
Is this registration for you or someone else? If someone else, please post a Scouting America Member ID (no names) so we can locate the account.
Yes, it is for me. The new ids created are:

Member ID: 141515657
The reason you eneded up with another Member ID is you registered once with your legal name and once with your nickname. This will take some time to clean up
