Need help merging 2 accounts

I’ve called my local council 5 times with no help.

I created an account for myself to do the Youth training: 141383333
Then I got an invite to join my grandson: 141265333

I am going to be a leader in his pack and need to log in.

Please, please help… I need to set this up as I’ve been waiting for months!

@TamaraPfeiffer OK log in will be **********70 username.

I would recommend contacting your local council and ask them to use their Registrar tools to look up your Scouts and go to the User Relationships section and update those so that They are listed there as the Users Children with 141383333

@TamaraPfeiffer well the numbers and training are fixed - they just need to fix the relationship in Registrar tools

It’s worth noting since you probably haven’t seen a million of these, @TamaraPfeiffer, that the council registrar is the only one who can execute this step for you. None of the volunteers on the groups here has that access.
