Need help with adult leader with multiple IDs, and multiple scoutbook accounts, with children

I need help figuring out how to help a parent and leader who has three BSA IDs and two scouting.org/scoutbook logins, with two children, each one linked to a different ID in scoutbook, plus multiple trainings (SYT, Treasurer, committee, and MBC, probably others) linked to different accounts.

Current, correct ID (registered in troop) is with Baltimore council:140837394
Incorrect, but also current (but not registered) ID with Baltimore 137105667
Former ID with Transatlantic: 130579086

Safeguarding Youth Training expires: 01/31/2027

MBC: Sewing, Military, Reading, Personal Management
Training: probably includes treasurer, committee, etc. as shes done that and it’s not listed in her registered (394) account

@JessicaPachler The training should be copied onto her primary member ID (MID) number within 24 hours.

She might need help from the local council office to get her relationship moved from MID 137105667 to 140837394. They can use their Registrar Tools to fix her relationships with her children.

Her birthday is different by one day. I would recommend having her check it. If needed, the local council can fix it for her.
