Need Sync - Scouts Missing in Scoutbook Plus

I am missing the following BSA ID’s from my Crew Roster in Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus, they are listed on my my.scouting.org roster.

  • 130518934 (Youth)
  • 136178022 (Youth)
  • 131668375 (COR/CC)

I requested a position sync for all 3. Check back tomorrow morning.

Part of the issue is they are all registered in a crew in another Council which often causes the system to change the MID on the Scoutbook account when there is a membership change.

@mitchelr Your council submitted help tickets for the 2 youth. They are still being worked on.
