Needs Purchasing Report Blank

I am unable to see any items in the needs approval/needs purchasing report. The page just says there are no items. But the Cubmaster can see that there are items waiting for purchasing.

I checked my positions and I am still listed as pack admin and unit advancement chair with green shields by both.

@MaryDunlap - can you have a key 3 verify that you have the advancement coordinator role assigned to you in my.scouting.org.
