New family can't connect

Good morning!

I have a brand new family that seems to be having a hard time. Can you please help?
Mom’s ID is 13977483 - I think she’s connected and all set, but I’d appreciate it if you could double check
Dad’s ID is 13989820 - his is the one having trouble

They have a Wolf and a Lion in our Pack and we’d ultimately love for both parents to be connected to both Scouts. Please let me know if you need anything further. Thank you so much!


@TrishaCheek dad is fixed - he can log in with user name - which is everything before @ of his email
