# New Lion Den not showing up

I can confirm I had the same issue and clearing cookies for [scouting.org](http://scouting.org) sites fixed it for me. @MatthewLongnecker/@DonovanMcNeil People will know they did it right when they see the “website tour” popup appear.

For Chrome, people can paste the link “chrome://settings/content/all” (chrome:// instead of http://) to bring you to all cookies for all your sites. First I typed in [scouting.org](http://scouting.org) in the search and then clicked on “Delete displayed data” – DON”T click “Delete all data”
