It is crossover season. I bulk added new scouts, but new adults are trickling in as SYT and applications are approved.
I think that they cannot RSVP to prior existing events because they were not members when the event / invite list was generated.
What steps can I take to invite all members, including those who do not yet exist? Do I need to edit every event with RSVPs every time a new member joins to invite them??
How can I solve this systematically??
