New Tiger Parent - Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request

We have 2 new Tiger cubs (twin brothers) whom joined our Pack last week. The parent is new to Scoutbook & my.scouting.org. Her “connection” is missing in her ScoutBook Profile: listed as This connection is Pending. Scoutbook showed the initial invite was sent 5 days ago when the online application was approved Feb 9. However, the parent confirmed she has NOT received the email. We are now trying to resend the invite via Scoutbook and are receiving this error: “Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.
Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!”

Her BSA # is 14096956.

I verified my email address is consistent across Scoutbook and my.scouting.org.

Please advise.

She should be able to log into Scoutbook using the Google login option, which she set up on Feb 7.
