My newest Scout showed up in Scoutbook today but they have a broken/warning triangle by their name.
Can someone help me with this?
I think last time this happened, someone needed to do something on the back end of Scoutbook.
Also, Mom appears to be in the system twice…. Once with full name, once with nickname. One account has her address, the other has her email. Both seem to be linked to the scout.
@JenniferVeith When you get a new Scout, you usually need to wait for an overnight process to run. If you look again tomorrow, it should be fixed.
The mother has 2 BSA member numbers. She should be using 133423374.
I would recommend contacting your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up her children. In the “Relationships” section, she should be listed as parent under BSA member number 133423374. They should remove her if listed as parent under any other BSA numbers.
