I’m the scoutmaster for a troop. My daughter just bridged over last month but now is not showing up on the roster in advancements.scouting.org. She is in the roster on my.scouting.org. And scoutbook.scouting.org. But not advancements. I have already tried to reset the roster filter. I have already checked that she’s in a patrol.
If it helps at all, she was recently on the roster as an adult and that spontaneously resolved. And when she first transferred, I don’t think this was a problem. But I can’t remember back a few weeks ago to when we first transferred her in. Thanks for your help!
I assume this is for your daughter with first initial E.
She is in a patrol starting with A. In your filter do you have Patrol A selected? Turning off a patrol in the filter will exclude all Scouts in that patrol even if you have not selected Group by Patrol.
Crazy! I just logged back in and it’s fixed. What magic did you do? I clicked reset filter to make sure all people could be shown. Her patrol has 8 girls in it and the other 7 were showing on my roster so I couldn’t figure out why only she wasn’t showing But she’s showing now without me changing anything. After a week of it being wrong. You are magic! Thank you!
