# No applicationtypes found

I’m moving three AoL scouts from Pack 815 to Troop 815 using the transfer tool in [my.scouting.org](http://my.scouting.org). Two of them (140192160 and 14786950) went through without a hitch. When I tried to move the last scout, 140192160, I get an error that states “No applicationtypes found.”

Thoughts on how to proceed?

1. Hardware: MacBook Pro
2. Operating system: MacOS Sequoia 15.5 (24F74)
3. Browser: Chrome 137.0.7151.120
4. Browser cache has been cleared or you are using a private browsing mode (aka Incognito Window in Chrome): neither
5. Member ID & Council of person affected: 140192160 & Greater New York Council
