I am trying to mark adventures and advancements as awarded but keep getting a black box that says “Position does not grant permission to award”. I am the cubmaster and a Key 3 so not sure why I do not have permission. I looked on the permission tab and it seems that I should have permission. I went to the “to award” tab and was able to mark the adventures, but still not able to mark them as awarded.
@TriciaHaskins - is cubmaster your registered position in my.scouting.org ? All of the scouts are in the correct dens ?
@Stephen_Hornak Yes, I am listed as Cubmaster and Key 3 in scouting.org and scoutbook plus. In scoutbook plus it says I should have permissions in the permissions manager. This time the scouts were awarded some adventures and their advancement so I am not sure if they are in the correct dens. Scoutbook still has them listed in the den they are moving from. I.E. one is going from tigers to wolves, but he is listed as tiger. I did have one not earn advancement as they left earlier and it says the same thing for him too.
I was able to enter the adventures, approve them, do the purchase order, but I cannot mark them as awarded.
@TriciaHaskins - here is the help guide for packs. It is key that the cubs are in the correct dens for all of this to work

It is odd you are a Key 3 delegate - you are already a Key 3 as Cubmaster, you might want to end the delegate position
