Stating info is not found in scout’s record, not saving. The merit badges and rank are listed at the top of the screen, but it’s not allowing the check boxes to be saved with the same info- it contradicts itself. Only on aquatics for one of three scouts attempted.
Can you provide the Scouting America Member ID (no names, please!) for the scout in question?
Where in the process of saving is the error occurring? When you set a completion date? When you set it as approved?
@CelenaCrawford that sounds like a cache issue - try an incognito window
I tried with and without approval. I set the date earned, and the date that matched what was in the icon above (awarded). An error box drops down from the top “this requirement does not exist in the user record”. It’s only on the aquatics page, the other ones work for this scout. 14125909
