I am the committee chair for linked troops, and have been for awhile. When I went to record merit badges and awards, the ‘record progress’ button was grey and not functioning. I read through the questions and comments from others, but didn’t find a way to fix it. We rechartered, I didn’t change position, it’s lists me as chair. Help, please?
Are you selecting one or more Scout(s) before trying to click on the “Record Progress” button?
I thought I had…went back and checked. Now I get active button. Thanks!
