Not getting password reset email (0)

I’m trying to help my COR reset his password so that he can accept and adult application. The local council said they can’t fix it because he’d used Apple ID to set up the account, but he doesn’t remember having done that.

He’s not getting an email back after filling out the “forgot password” form.

@JeremyBlevins has he tried clicking Sign in with Apple and entering his Apple ID? That is how it is setup

I’ll try that with him next.

maybe have him assign a COR Delegate under functional roles too
