Notifications and Email Helps

Hello,

In my MBC inbox I have notifications but I get a 403 error when trying to click on Items to Approve.

I am not receiving notifications or emails for my MBC Scoutbook.

I also have a warning when I login that two accounts exist under my current email.

I have access to ID 141645823. I use SSO through my Gmail.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

@ThomasVan_Epps - as an MBC you SHOULD NOT be in advancements.scouting.org at ALL. You should ONLY use scoutbook.scouting.org for mb related tasks.

In scoutbook I have the duplicate email warning. And I am not receiving any messages from scouts that have tried to contact me regarding merit badges. A scout was assigned me as a MBC for two badges and I have zero notifications or emails after their parent tried to contact me through scoutbook.

@ThomasVan_Epps- well you would not receive notifications in scoutbook itself. The duplicate email is most likely that one or more of your children have your email on their account. Any emails sent via scoutbook would come to your email provider. The MBC menu is what you should be using for all MB work.

@ThomasVan_Epps the email was just applied to your Scouts User also - that is corrected

@ThomasVan_Epps there are no notifications to MBCs on completed requirements - it is the scouts job to talk to the MBC
