*Can anyone here assist with deleting an adult application in my.scouting.org, we have asked the support staff at council.
We had a COR that even when given a screen by screen guide to doing things online, they just could not do it, or find the time. We have an adult that originally put in a electronic application, but had to do a paperwork to get added.
The electronic one was from Nov 2025.
The Key 3, and Unit commissioner are still getting reminder emails about this application.

Unfortunately, there is no one here who can help with that. Your council can submit a ticket to national member care if they cannot do it.
