Thanks, so much @edavignon for the assist with my prior problem. @brantgurga in my case the first name, last name, gender, and DOB are locked, even in the profile page. They are gray, with green check marks, and uneditable.
One more question for the experts. I’ve changed my email address everywhere I can find with the various Scouting websites, but this forum site specifically still has the old address. I can’t change it directly here - is there another authentication source that it’s pulling the address from? The My Profile part of scouting.org is correct.
