I just ran my OA Eligibility Report and noticed that one of our Scouts, who is in the OA, is listed as not eligible for OA instead of as an OA Member on the report (like our other Arrowmen). Yet his profile has his OA information and shows he is Ordeal.

On the Scout’s Profile page in Scoutbook Plus, on the “Personal Info” tab, is the box next to “OA Member” checked?

Yes, both OA Member and OA Active are checked. Here is the OA information from his profile.
Odd. The report seems to be working OK for me. I wonder if there’s some sort of cache/state issue. Maybe try toggling the OA Member off, saving, then turning it back on?
