I keep getting this error when trying to sign off MB’s.

What is the Scout Member #. And what is the item you are trying to enter? ex. Fishing Merit Badge.

So what - you are trying to use Quick Entry? What version of Health care MB?

14263085 is on an older Eprep
So how do I fix the issue?
I am looking at it - to try to understand it
As MBC as a start - you can go to Reports in LEft Grey side - MB In-progress report - that will show what version of the MB the scout is on
Thanks making progress and was able to to mark the MB complete and get the other scout added as well. Next issue I have several MB that are marked “complete - not MBC approved” but there is nothing in my “To Approve” list. Thoughts?

Yes when I run a report the show as not be approved by MBC but nothing is showing in “Two Approve” pictured above.
Try an incognito or private window in your browser
Is there a recommended browser? Safari Vs. Chrome
That didn’t work in either browser 
Safari is a big NO - Chrome or Firefox are best
One issue for us is currently we do not have a clear view of who is MBC for what in SB+
And if you go to the MBC you see the MBC Approve for the whole thing to check off?
