Old email needs updating - in COVID times

There is an older question that covers my issue exactly from last year. Old email is no longer active and I need to update to my current email. I can log into scoutbook still but will never receive the verify message as it’s srnt to the old email address.

The solution stated to email [scoutbook.support@scouting.org] which I just did. However I received an automated response saying that for 2020 and COVID member care is not longer supporting volunteers.

I just need to know whom can update my email address!

I just changed my email no problem - new email went to new address
