I have an old BSA card with a series of numbers, the first of which appears to be council, then troop, followed by 273162. Is this my old ID and if so, how can I get my records?
Your old council might have them, but the only thing I’ve seen show up in the system for folks pre-Scoutbook is their Eagle rank. Even then, I have to switch primary numbers to my old one to see that.

It was 082, NCAC and Troop 424 which i believe is now gone.
@KevinSiegel I am sorry, but I am unable to find that member ID number for you. I do see 2 member IDs for you. They are both under Manage Member ID already.
