Only have access to one son in SB

I only have access to one of my sons (of two). I’m getting a notification that my email is used twice so that may be it but I can’t figure out how to merge them. Any guidance is appreciated! Thanks, cd

@CaseyDailey you just live on a council Line - I have that fixed - but your son BD has 2 accounts with different DOB (by alot) - if you log in under family you should see both - is either correct? 2011? 2012?

OK @CaseyDailey the Scouts are merged - I would Check DOB and if wrong talk to council to fix - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number
