There is a committee member who opted out instead of rechartering. Now, she can not access her scouting.org account to change the opt out status so that she can be recharted by the unit. Any suggestions?
She should still be able to log into my.scouting.org - But it is a talk to Council issue really
@RYANStief The unit should be able to opt her back in on the Roster at my.Scouting.org. Just click on the opt out / opt in icon and wait a few minutes.
