Our Pack’s Advancement Chair keeps having issues with approving advancements for our Scouts. When I look into it, nothing has changed with her positions as she still shows active in both Advancement Chair and Pack Admin, but her connection to every single Scout changes to view only. I have been able to go to her connections and resave them to give her full access and it works again. This has happened several times in the past 3-4 months and she was our Advancement Chair for nearly a year before with no issues. This is the only leader that this is happening to. Any ideas what is going on?
Post the BSA Member ID (no names) and we will investigate. Earlier this year, a change was made so that only registered leaders can serve as Advancement Chair or Pack Admin.
