The pack roster is not showing in Internet Advancement, but cubs are still assigned to us, because I can see them in Scoutbook and I can access them through other links in Internet Advancement. To be clear, the pack roster shows entirely empty and instead of a list of cubs I see light gray “No records to display” under the headers. This started yesterday and is still true now.
@TeresaSpicer can you try an Incognito Window - or do a Hard Refresh (Shift + Refresh page)
@TeresaSpicer and are you sure you are on the right profile in the top Dropdown Menu?
Yes, I checked the profile, I do that every time.
The hard refresh fixed it - thank you! I will share that with the other folks in the pack who have the same problem.
