Howdy!
My son had his EBOR on Oct 2. His Scoutbook account was updated on Oct 10 by BSA Admin. On Oct 21 (Wed, last week), the SM and I received the following email from the Council Registrar: “The credentials have arrived from National. I have processed the palms, they should be seen in scoutbook in 24-48 hours.”
As of now, the palms are still now showing up. I verified with the Registrar that everything was processed.
Is there a way to get the palms to show up on his record?
