Parent account in Five Rivers Council

In Five Rivers Council 375 we are having an issue creating a parent account in Scoutbook.

Troop 84G - Youth
Member ID 13825448

Parent Elizabeth

When we try to create a parent connection it says that the parents is already in use.
There was a point when Elizabeth got put in as a youth account, and that may be the issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

I removed the name of the Scout, last name of the mother and all e-mail addresses as we don’t need these to solve most issues.

The issue is fixed. I added the mother’s e-mail address to her Scoutbook account after removing a bad Scoutbook account.
