Parent being send to my.scouting when signing into Scoutbook

I have a parent who is now being directed to my.scouting when they sign in. They are not a leader, just a scout dad. Any ideas?

Are they hitting sign in or sign up? If you can, what have their steps to confirm.

If it is a new parent invitation - e.g. you manually invited them, then it is normal due to SSO.
When signing in with a temp password, they are directed to my.scouting to create a new password, and at the same time a my.scouting account is set up. However, as soon as they enter the new password, they should be directed back to Scoutbook.
