One of my parents, ID- 14239494, is unable to access scoutbook plus. I have verified that all her children are linked to her and despite that she get the message you dont have access to scoutbook plus.. can you please help ?

@JiteshBatra what happens when she goes to advancements.scouting.org? is there an error?
I would have them go to my.scouting.org first > log in > then go to Scoutbook+
I have the same. Parent ID is 142513379. In ScoutBook Plus I can see that she is linked to her Scout but when you click on her name there is no profile information and she gets an error saying she doesn’t have access to perform the action. I get the same error.
@EricaPralle everything looks fine - have you watched them try to log in?
I tried this and it still does not work. I can access ScoutBook plus but I don’t have access to send messages. Member ID: 12590540
@PamVivio-Alanis under that # you are a parent. Only registered leaders have access to make a message in SB+
