Hi,
I have a mom who wants to be added to Scoutbook. I was able to send her an invite but when she tried to create an account she get an error message “Invalid id or password”.
I can sea from my end she is not yet linked to the scout and for some reason she has No emails tag on her account.
Could you please help resolve this?

@DiyanaMiriyala the mother can go to my.scouting.org and create an account there to use for Scoutbook. Then under Scoutbook.scouting.org > My Profile > My Connection > at top of page there is a link to connect to scout
