I have a parent with ID 141715952.
When she tries to sign on to Scoutbook or clicks RSVP links in email she is getting the following error.
She is the parent who registered her son so not sure how to help her. She has a hotmail email address.

@Chris.Peterson This parent has 2 member ID (MID) numbers. One uses her first name. The other uses a nickname as first name. The correct MID she should be using is 141715952.
I have merged her Scoutbook accounts. Please ask her to log all the way out, then log back in again.
In Scoutbook Plus, she can enter her nickname by clicking on “Profile” (on the left).
Then enter the nickname where it says “Preferred Name”.
The click “Save Changes” to save.
