Parent Connection - Unable to Access

I have a parent who created an account in Scoutbook. He clicked forgot password, and it said that his email address does not have an account with it. He then created another account, it worked, and it let him in, but his son was not on his dashboard. The system then asked him to log out and log back in. When he tried that, it did not accept his username and password.

What do we need to do or who do I need to contact to get this resolved.

If you have a Scouting America Member ID for the adult, please post it (no names, please) and the SUAC may be able to look for any duplicate accounts. It kinda sounds like there might be an account out there that the automated system didn’t find because of a PII mismatch (e.g. full legal name vs nickname, etc).

@SherriDaschner Please post the parent’s member ID number, and someone will take a look. If you don’t know it, you can post the Scout’s member ID number.

The parent does not seem to have a member ID yet. The scouts is 140642349
