Parent created account under child and now it won't let them fill out an application under 18

I have a parent that created a my.scouting account and filled out their child’s info instead of theirs and now it won’t let them apply.

Have the parent create another account with the parent’s data instead of the child’s.

As long as the ID is different, it will allow the same e-mail address for a my.scouting.org ID.
