Hello, I am the advancement chair for my sons troop. We have recently migrated to Scoutbook and I recently had a training with the parents. I have one parent who originally set up an account under an email that is no longer valid from a previous job. He set this up from cub scouts. He does not remember his password and if he clicks forgot password, the system sends update to his old email, if I am not mistaken. How can we update his email address so he can reset his account?
