Parent email is old and no longer in use, needs to login

Hello, I am the advancement chair for my sons troop. We have recently migrated to Scoutbook and I recently had a training with the parents. I have one parent who originally set up an account under an email that is no longer valid from a previous job. He set this up from cub scouts. He does not remember his password and if he clicks forgot password, the system sends update to his old email, if I am not mistaken. How can we update his email address so he can reset his account?


Have the parent send an e-mail to Scoutbook Support at:

and request that the e-mail be changed. He should include as much identifying information as possible (full name, BSA ID number (if applicable), troop number, council name, old e-mail address, and new e-mail address.
