I have a parent of BSA: 137317656
That is unable to renew online d/t he forgot his username/password.
He tried to complete the forgot username but it goes through AI processes.

The parent’s ID is First initial followed by last name. The e-mail address attached to it is c...k@gmail.com Have the parent try forgot password if they have access to that address. If not, your Council can reset the password.

Please have the parent go to my.Scouting and use the chatbot (“Betty”) to reset his password using his primary BSA member ID number: 137317657.
Scout, BSA# 133350109, forgot username (and password). Tried Betty Bot and entered BSA# and DOB but Betty says that the information does not match any records. How can we get the username?
@JillBarr The Scout does not have a username. He should be able to create a username at my.Scouting.
@JenniferOlinger Hmm… I see his name as a recipient when I sent out emails from Scoutbook. I thought that this only showed up when the scouts had created an account and had logged in at least once. I will have him try to make an account and see what happens. Thanks for looking into this for us!
