Parent invitation not intuitive

My husband informs me that when he opened his scoutbook invitation email, there was nothing to click on. He is using a 3rd party program without html. He opened it through google’s website, and was able to see the logo at the top there, but there is nothing telling the user to click on the logo. It just says “Becki wants to invite you to scoutbook.” Can you make this more obvious?
