Parent issue with renewal and log in

Hi I have a parent who’s scout renewal expired in Sept. she is reporting issues logging into scouting.org

Scout 140523465

Email appears to be correct in Scoutbook.

Unknown if she is linked correctly to her Scout.

How can she renew the Scout?

Please advise where we can have issues fixed.

@AileenGomez at this point the scout cannot be renewed as they are past the 60 day grace period - they need to fill out a new application (online or paper) and submit it - the mother can login with her username (firstname)(lastname)
