Parent locked out of account with error message

Parent with BSA ID 14439297 is locked out of her account. Using the password reset bot at my.scouting returns an error message: “An error occurred! Signature not yet current: 20221010T231035Z is still later than 20221010T231030Z (20221010T230530Z + 5 min.)”

@MaryKennedy1 The parent has Google sign in turned on.

She needs to log in using the “Sign in with Google” button, her Google name, and Google password. The password reset will not work, because Google sign in is turned on.

Can a backlog item be added for the error message to say that?

The system would not always know what account user was trying to access

Well, then at least make the bot say “I can’t help you with that” instead of “An error occurred! Signature not yet current: 20221010T231035Z is still later than 20221010T231030Z (20221010T230530Z + 5 min.)”. Because, it really wasn’t an error. It was a user that had a Google login set.
