One of my pack’s parents is having difficulty logging in. They are showing up in scoutbook as a parent of a child in the pack. However, on logging in, they show up as not having scoutbook access.
Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have two things going on with a parent in the troop. They got the same message. BSA ID 140417591. Also, when I select that parent it gives me a I do not have access to view. However, that is the only adult or scout I cannot view. My BSA ID is (removed by Moderator). Thank you for any assistance.
@Butch-Moldenhauer that user last logged in 9/15 - all seems fine. I would watch them sign in. It if fails have them sign into my.scouting.org and see what member # shows there.
