Parent Login connected to another parent's account

I have a parent that when he logs into Scoutbook or my.scouting.org his wife’s profile comes up. She has a profile, but it never had an email attached so she never had an invite to Scoutbook.

In the past he has logged into my.scouting.org and done YPT, (maybe a few years) so this switch is more recent.
