I have a parent that can’t login to their account. The circle just keeps going round and round. They have sent me their password for me to try on my computer and I get the same thing. Is there a captcha issue? (I can login just fine.) I can send the Parent’s BSA ID if need be.

The user’s accounts are messed up. I found 2 MIDs with different first names that are associated with this user. I’ll send a private message. Look for a green dot with white number on your avatar in the upper right corner of your forum window.
